The 22 megapixel full frame sensor, and a 6fps burst allow you to capture all the action. While on the video front 1920x1080p HD video that full frame sensor combines with Canon's professional L-Series lenses for stunning cinematic shallow depth of field.
All wrapped in a compact package the 5D Mkiii is excellent value for the prosumer photographer or videographer, and even today still holds its own against many more recent cameras.
