Returns & Refunds

Cancelling Your Order

If you need to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as you can.
If you tell us before two working days prior to your despatch date, we’ll just need to charge you a £25 fee for our admin costs.
If you tell us before one working day prior to your despatch day, we will refund 50% of the hire cost and 100% of the delivery cost.

Once the goods have been despatched we can not offer any refunds, however we can arrange for the equipment to be collected early.

The transaction would be subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

Deposit Return

Loss and damage of equipment or accessories may be withheld from your deposit. Please see our Damage and Loss Section for more information.

If equipment is checked in as satisfactory, or issues have been resolved, your deposit will be returned to the same Credit or Debit card as payment was made from.
You will get an email notification when this has been processed.
Although we do this straight away, it may take 4-7 working days for it to appear back in your bank, depending on card issuer and processing times.


Unopened consumables can refunded in full if returned within 14 days from the date of order, in accordance with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

Once the item packaging has been opened we are unable to offer a refund.
