How To Pay

Please make your payment using a VISA or Mastercard Debit or Credit Card. American Express cards are not accepted.
Unless we have authorised otherwise, the delivery address for the items must be the same as the registered address for the payment card. 


We cannot take payment over the phone, please follow the steps on our website for checking out and ordering.


Our payments and deposits are managed by WorldPay. You may receive a confirmation email from WorldPay to confirm the transaction is complete.

Deposit

You can see the different deposit options, to see which might work best for you, in the Security Options section of the website.

Please pay your deposit within 7 days of your dispatch date, or on the day of booking if your equipment is due to be dispatched within the next seven days. We will email you a reminder when your deposit becomes due, or you can see the status of all your upcoming and past deposit in the Deposits section of your 'My Account' page.

If your deposit has not been paid by noon on the day of despatch you will not receive the items, and the rental fee will not be refunded.

Deposit Return

Once we’ve checked in the items, we’ll let you know we’ve refunded your deposit .
If any items are missing we will notify you and you have 24 hours to post the missing items back to us, or let us know if you would prefer for us to replace and deduct from your deposit accordingly.
In the event of any damage to any equipment or accessories we will inform you of the damage and, where possible, an estimated cost for repair or replacement.
