Once your order is completed, the goods will be despatched via courier to arrive with you the day before your first use day. ie. If you are using the equipment on Wednesday and Thursday, the delivery will be made on the Tuesday, with collection being made again on the Friday.
Please make sure you or someone you trust is present to sign for the delivery.
Earlier Delivery Options
We can often provide an earlier delivery (before 10am) for a slight additional cost. Just contact us to find out more.
In some cases we can provide delivery on the same day of order, please give us a call if this would be required and we can get a quote from a door-to-door courier.
Courier Delivery Failure
In the event a courier cannot make delivery to your address, the equipment will be taken to the local courier depot, and can be collected from there in the evening. They will leave a card with information on how to do this and how to contact them. This will only happen if there is no-one at the address to take the delivery, so please make sure someone is there to sign for it if you need to pop out.
If the items are returned to the depot and still not collected, you will still be charged for the hire.
In the very very rare event of the courier misplacing the order, we will endeavour to get the items either re-delivered, or replacement items sent out, later that day or for Pre-9am the following day.
If your items do not arrive when expected please contact us as soon as possible. The earlier we are aware of any potential delivery problem, the better chance we have of rectifying the problem or arranging replacement items.
We will arrange for your items to be collected, and this is all included in your cost.
We’ll be in touch the day before your equipment is due back, and collection can be arranged from any address you specify at checkout.
If you need to change the collection address, please let us know 24 hours before collection is due so that we can notify the courier company, alternatively you can contact the courier company to arrange that directly.
We typically use APC Overnight as our courier, however it may change based on availability and coverage. APC Overnight will email you the day before the collection to remind you and give an estimate time frame. This email contains the contact information if you wanted to contact them directly, alternatively you can contact us and we will organise that for you.
We cannot specify a time collection will be made, however you may be able to contact the local depot for an estimated time.
If you cannot be present for the courier collecting, the equipment can be left with a Reception, co-worker, spouse or other trusted friend of colleague, who can sign on your behalf that it has been collected by the courier.
Items should be packaged for return in the same way they were sent to you. All items should be either bubbled-wrapped as received or placed in it's custom slot within the Hard Case.
Please ensure that no cables are caught in the box when closed.
The Hard case should then be closed, ensuring all catches are fastened, and then cable-tied (where applicable).
It is your responsibility to ensure the equipment is suitably packaged for return via the overnight courier network. Equipment not safely packaged within the boxes which incur damage in transit will be billed for as damage.
Return Address Labels
Equipment sent within the white Courier pack bags should be placed inside the return bag (pre-labelled and sent with your delivery) and sealed.
For equipment sent in larger cases, return labels are also provided within the delivery box. Please replace the address label with the return label on the outside of the hard box.
If you have lost the return bag or labels, please contact us and we can re-send for you to print, or advise what can be put on the box to ensure it find us safely.
Failure to label the boxes with the return address may incur additional charges as it may delay the equipment being returned to us on time.
