The Tango has been a popular choice with filmmakers for many years thanks to its robust construction and exceptionally smooth carriage movement. Whether you're adding subtle motion to an interview or creating long cinematic tracking shots, it provides a level of movement that's difficult to achieve handheld or on a tripod alone.

The slider features a 100mm bowl mount on the carriage, making it quick to fit professional fluid heads such as the Sachtler Video 18 , Video 20  or similar 100mm bowl heads. If you already own a 75mm bowl fluid head, this can also be mounted using a 100mm to 75mm step ring, allowing you to continue using your existing head.

The slider itself can be mounted directly onto 100mm bowl tripod legs for elevated shooting, or it can simply be placed on the floor or a tabletop using its built-in adjustable feet. This makes it equally useful for low-angle product filming, interviews or traditional tripod-mounted tracking shots.

One important point to note is that while a 75mm bowl head can be adapted to fit the slider carriage, the underside of the carriage remains 100mm, meaning the slider itself cannot be mounted directly onto 75mm bowl tripod legs. For tripod-mounted operation, a 100mm bowl tripod is therefore required.
