You can contact us via phone on 0121 285 0021. Our phones are manned from 08:30 to 17:30 Monday to Friday.
If you need any help out of hours the best way to contact us is via email, however if your call is urgent we do have an emergency divert to our mobile phones out of hours, but this is for emergencies only and we will not be able to organise bookings for you outside of office hours.

The National Exhibition Centre is a very secure site, so visits to us are strictly by appointment only. NEC Security will not allow you onto the site without us adding you to their access list so please do not try to visit us without prior warning.
