The Metabones E to EF adapter is the industry standard adapter for fitting Canon EF lenses onto Sony E-Mount Cameras.

The Metabones EF to E Mount lens adaptor allows you to use Canon EF mount lenses, such as the popular Canon L-Series zooms, or Cine CN-E range, on Sony E Mount cameras like the FS7 and the A7s mkii. The Metabones EF to E Mount adaptor maintains the regular functions and communications of the lens where supported, such as autofocus and smooth iris, opening up a huge range of lenses that otherwise wouldn't be available for Sony cameras.
For video lenses such as the CN-E 18-80 the Metabones also provides power and control for the built in servo zoom motor, so the zoom can be controlled from the camera.
